Schools and educational institutions retain 100% full ownership of all student academic records, grades, attendance logs, and files uploaded to our servers. Neither Schoolios nor our parent company claims any rights or ownership over this data, and schools retain full authority to request modification or deletion of records.
We collect limited personal data required to provide the core service, including registration and login credentials (name, email, and user role), school profiles, and basic academic setup. This information is used strictly to operate the platform and facilitate virtual school systems.
We are strictly committed to never selling, renting, licensing, or trading student, teacher, or parent data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No advertising or commercial profiling is conducted using educational records.
Data is processed securely on Google Cloud & Firebase databases managed under NG Tekno Solutions' central cloud operations. We implement AES-256 encryption at rest, HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, strict authorization boundaries, and daily automated database backups to prevent data loss.
All transactions and subscriptions are processed securely under the unified parent gateway of NG Tekno Solutions via Stripe. When processing payments, basic billing and contact details are securely transmitted to Stripe. Credit card details are fully tokenized and never stored on our servers.
We use only essential, technical cookies to authenticate users, secure active sessions, and save user interface language preferences. We do not deploy any behavioral, cross-site, or commercial advertising tracking cookies.
