The legal terms of service governing your use of the Schoolios platform and its operations under our parent company.
By accessing or using Schoolios, a proprietary operations management platform owned, engineered, and operated 100% by NG Tekno Solutions LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
All subscription charges, invoice payments, and transaction processing for Schoolios are managed under the unified billing system and payment gateway of our parent entity: NG Tekno Solutions. Invoices and credit card statements will reflect charges from NG Tekno Solutions. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, and all prices are denominated in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer dashboard or by contacting support@ngtekno.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled billing cycle. All charges are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments are issued for partial billing months or unused accounts, except as explicitly provided in custom institutional SLAs.
Users of the platform (school administrators, teachers, parents, and students) are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@ngtekno.com in the event of any unauthorized access or security breach related to your account.
You are strictly prohibited from exploiting, reverse engineering, scanning, probing, hacking, abusing, or attempting to disrupt any systems, interfaces, or databases associated with Schoolios. You must not upload viruses, malware, or any content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates third-party rights. Violations will result in the immediate termination of account access and may subject the violator to civil or criminal liability.
All source code, user interface designs, graphics, database schemas, trademarks, and branding elements of Schoolios are the exclusive intellectual property of NG Tekno Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform during your active subscription period, with no transfer of title or ownership rights.
We process school and student data in compliance with standard data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, COPPA, and FERPA). We do not own your data; we act solely as a data processor. Personal data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect information.
Although subscriptions might include high or flexible limits, all storage resources are subject to our Fair Use Policy. To maintain platform performance and resource balance, schools must use storage solely for educational content, lectures, and assignments related to the platform. Automated harvesting, archival mirroring, or file-sharing of non-educational content is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to audit storage usage.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance under these Terms resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, internet service outages, cloud hosting disruptions, wars, civil unrest, government restrictions, or pandemics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of NG Tekno Solutions LLC for any claims arising from the service shall be limited to the amount paid by the user during the 12-month period preceding the event. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the registered jurisdiction of our parent entity, NG Tekno Solutions LLC. Any legal disputes or claims shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of the parent company's jurisdiction.
